Lin Huanhuan and Lin Shangshang are twin sisters. The younger one, Huanhuan was sent to the mountains to study Traditional Chinese Medicine when she was small. Years later, her elder sister, Shangshang, fell in love with the crowned prince. Unexpectedly, the queen deliberately married Shangshang to another prince, Shangguan Li.
